Britneys album brought forward to beat Ares downloaders by a full two weeks. No other record label had done such a thing but Jive, Britney Spears label, felt it was in the best interest o this album to move the date up. Portions of the album were already appearing in snippets and demos on several filesharing programs. In order to beat having people get the whole album for free by downloading from these sites they released the album with hopes of securing its projected sales. Whether or not this tactic worked is not known, but it has set a new presedence for other artists and its record labels.

Being Sued

A music lover sued for selling music on ebay said he didn’t need the money, he just had fun doing it. He said he just loves music and wanted to share his music with others. Over an 18 month period he had profited some 27 thousand dollars from this. While, he had over 10 thousand downloads on his computer, and many of us know someone who probably has more, his mistake was in selling those downloads. He was handed a 4 month suspended jail term and ordered to do 120 hours of community service, as well as, return all the money in question.

There is probably not a single subject in the world that you wouldn’t find at least two different opinions on. There is nothing that has a complete upside with nothing negative to counter it. It has been noted that there are many canadian musicians looking to embrace filesharing. Even though some artists claim it is theft of their work there are many that realize this is a necessary step in the business. If they embrace it they can find a way to still be profitable but getting to share their music with a larger audience. People still enjoy buying music for the album art.

Ares is the most popular peer-to-peer or P2P file sharing program available today. Over 30 million patrons are using Ares worldwide and the numbers are rising everyday.

Ares was designed to have a high-speed downloading capacity to aid users in sharing files from the Internet: With Ares, downloading will no longer take hours to finish and more and more people can happily enjoy the benefits of file sharing worldwide.

Ares can also be used to burn files that you have downloaded onto removable media such as CDs and DVDs. And these outputs are sure to be of high quality, since the Ares network has the best and most comprehensive selection of high quality downloads.

Aside from all of this (there’s more…?), Ares also offers a built-in audio and video player that you can use to listen to your shared files. Instead of switching from one application to the other, why not use Ares all the way and save yourself from the aggravation of having to wait, switch, and reload.

Downloading Ares is free. The latest version of Ares can be downloaded online so start your search now and experience how technology might seem to be too good to be true.

EDIT: I did the searching for you. You can download Ares at any of these sites:

The use of music download software through the years is continually increasing and is projected to exponentially increase in the coming years. This is can be attributed to the high cost of buying music files from iTunes and even music stores. Since people are now more practical, they would naturally prefer something that is free. The message is simple: download free music with ares file sharing program.

Music download software just became popular to many recently. However, such program was already in existence seven years ago. Ares Galaxy is the very first program for music file sharing in the ever popular Gnutella network. This program back then is lacking a lot of things for it to become usable to the public. Since the program was a freeware, its users have made some changes with it to improve the program.

Music download software must be easy to use for the public to be able to enjoy file sharing. This is what is lacking in the Ares Galaxy. Therefore, when the program was made into a freeware, its users began making changes into it by editing its codes in the hope of making it more user friendly.

Music download software such as the Ares program is now made much easier to use even for those who are not that much knowledgeable with computers. There’s more information on this topic here: Music Download Software: Ares Vista For The Win. Enjoy!

If you’ve been using Ares as long as I have, then you know how frustrating it is when you can’t connect to the network. Unfortunately this has been happening a lot more than normal recently. It is happening so much, in fact, that I started to wonder whether the Ares network was broken. A quick search on Google will show that I was not the only one.

Like many others, I went over to Official Ares and downloaded one of the newer versions of Ares. Freshening your client like this is worth doing every year or so anyway, so this wasn’t too much of a hassle in the grand scheme of things.

For a while the client I chose – Ares Vista – worked like a dream. As always, I was asking myself why I haven’t done this sooner! After a while though, the connectivity problems returned.

Another Google search revealed again that I was not the only one feeling left out of the party.

It was on this Google search that I started to see the occasional mention of an application called AresConnect. I had never heard of AresConnect before so my initial instincts were to just ignore it. As I read more, so the name cropped up more frequently. I started to take note, I decided to check it out. According to the website, AresConnect was designed to solve exactly the problems with connectivity. Willing to give anything a shot by this point, I downloaded and installed.

Wow. AresConnect work straight away, and fixed precisely the Problems I was having. It’s early days yet, but after a week or so of uninterrupted, instant connectivity, I’m started to think that my problems have finally gone away.
